Jared Freed focuses his practice on residential and commercial real estate transactions, high net worth estate planning, tax planning, asset protection, and wealth management. Following law school, Mr. Freed spent nearly six years practicing law in Boston at Ernst & Young LLP and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. During this time Mr. Freed made a name for himself by providing excellent client service while developing and implementing complex tax-minimization strategies for both large companies and high net worth individuals. Whether structuring complex real estate transactions, domestic estate planning strategies, or corporate formation issues, Mr. Freed worked hand-in-hand with his clients to provide a comprehensive, sustainable, and forward-looking strategy.
Mr. Freed is also a licensed Massachusetts real estate broker and has gained invaluable experience representing developers, investors, owner/occupants, and tenants throughout the greater Boston area. Working on the consumer side of real estate transactions has provided Mr. Freed with a clear understanding of retail clients’ needs and best practices during the negotiation and closing stages of real estate transactions.
Mr. Freed also has years of experience counseling clients and developing time tested strategies with respect to multi-generational wealth transfer, individual tax planning and estate planning. Mr. Freed now leverages his big-firm experience with the lower cost structure of a small firm and an overriding commitment to exceptional service.
